How do we know?: We carried out a reverse image search on the visuals using Google Lens, which led us to a clearer version of the video on YouTube.
This video was uploaded on 31 May 2024, but the date stamp in the video said that it showed visuals from 10 March 2024.
These details helped us confirm that the video was not recent as claimed.
The video carried a date stamp for 10 March 2024.

Another reverse image search for the logo on the top-right corner of the video showed us that it was a report by Qatari media organisation Al Araby TV.
Taking a cue from this, we looked for these visuals on their verified YouTube channel, where they had premiered a report carrying parts of this clip on 10 March 2024.
Its title, when loosely translated, said that it showed Houthi groups conducting military maneuvers "simulating storming Israeli sites and targeting American and British forces."
The part of this report seen in the viral clip starts are the 3:14-minute mark.
Conclusion: An old video from Yemen is being shared to falsely claim that it shows recent visuals of the BLA targeting Pakistani forces.
