A video shot from an aerial angle showing a massive crowd has gone viral on social media, with users sharing it as one from Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's 'Voter Adhikar Yatra'.
What we found: We divided the video into multiple screenshots and ran a Google reverse image search on some of them.
We were led to several posts where the same viral video was uploaded in June 2025, predating Gandhi's yatra which started in August.
A user on X uploaded the same video on16 July and noted that 'Lord Jagannath was coming on 27 June.'
We, then, ran a relevant keywords search related to the claim and found a similar video on a YouTube channel named Aarambh TV which was uploaded on 26 June.
In the details of this video, it was described as the grand Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath.
We compared the two clips and noticed some similarities.
Here are the similarities between the two frames that we compared.

All these videos are available on the internet since June, whereas Gandhi's 'Voter Rights Yatra' started on 17 August .
It is clear that this video is available on the internet even before Gandhi's current movement in Bihar.
About the movement: This 'yatra' started from Sasaram in Rohtas district of Bihar on 17 August. It aims to emphasise the supposed violation of individuals' voting rights via the special intensive revision (SIR) of the state's electoral lists.
Conclusion: The viral video shows the Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, Odisha and has been falsely shared with misleading claims that it is Gandhi's 'Voter Adhikar Yatra' in Bihar.
