Gamers Drop Jaw at Keanu Reeves’ Appearance in Cyberpunk 2077
Attention gamers, and cyberpunk lovers!
Ace game developers CD Projekt RED just dropped the second trailer of their much awaited sci-fi game-play Cyberpunk 2077 and Keanu- effing- Reeves is in it!
And of course geeks all over are losing their minds over it.

What is Cyberpunk 2077 and Why is It Hyped?
Whether you are a gamer or not, you must be familiar with Cyberpunk as a genre and key theme of several pop-culture franchises that mostly rose from Japan with depiction of dystopian future as its core theme. It’s cult following in western and European countries led to the late 80s tabletop game ‘Cyberpunk 2020’.
In 2013, game developers CD Projekt RED of The Witcher series fame had announced a more ‘sleek’ and ‘real’ looking PC version of the game with a single teaser that took the world of gaming and cyberpunk aficionados by a storm. Ever since then, fans have been on an almost never ending wait for the game’s release.
They had almost lost hope when the developers shared the first ever trailer of the game play last year and fans and critics agreed that the visuals, feel and design of the game made it worth the wait.
But the developers were not done flexing yet. Their next move came with this year’s Xbox E3 2019 Briefing at The Microsoft Theater where the second and a longer trailer of the game was released, and Cyberpunk 2077 fans all collectively held their breath after finding out Keanu Reeves as a surprise feature.
Reeves took to the convention stage and shared how he was excited to be involved in the project, although he did not share at what capacity his virtual self would be involved in the game’s story.
Cyberpunk 2077 will be available for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on April 16, 2020.
