Virat’s new attire was to support the Pink test that Australia conducts every year.
What is a Pink Test?
The Pink Test was started by Australia in 2009. It is an annual cricketing event that is played in honor of Jane McGrath, former Australian pacer Glenn McGrath‘s late wife, who died of breast cancer in 2008.
The funds raised during this match will go to the Glenn McGrath foundation.
This move by Kohli was appreciated both by his Australian and Indian fans, who then took to Twitter to praise him.
