After India’s Win Against England, Twitterati Troll Piers Morgan
Twitterati reminded Morgan of his bitter tweet against India during Rio Olympics.
India has won the Test match against England by an innings and 75 runs, and people can’t stop celebrating the victory. Twitter is flooded with congratulatory posts for team India and man of the series Virat Kohli and man of the match Karun Nair deserve all the love and appreciation.
But Twitter hasn’t forgiven British journalist Piers Morgan for mocking India’s performance at Rio Olympics. He had then posted,“Country with 1.2 billion people wildly celebrates 2 losing medals. How embarrassing is that?”
After India’s commendable win against England, Twitter users reminded Morgan of his bitter Tweet against India during Olympics and gave him a taste of his own medicine.
A user wrote, “Hey @piersmorgan, the number of gold medals India won in Rio are now finally equal to the number of test matches England won in this series.”
