‘My name is Lakhan’ singer Mohammed Aziz passed away from cardiac arrest at Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai, according to reports. The veteran actor was 64 years old.

The singer was on his way back to Mumbai from Kolkata when he suffered a heart attack. He was rushed to Nanavati Hospital where he was declared dead.
