Tuesday was not mangal for meat lovers in Maharashtra as they woke up to a rude shock, courtesy the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). The BMC has imposed a four-day prohibition on the sale of meat in Mumbai because of a Jain festival beginning this week.
