People on social media could not help but quote this phrase when State Animal Husbandry and Dairy Minister, Om Prakash Dhankar, announced that the government is planning to open ‘PG Hostels’ in Haryana for the rearing of cows and buffaloes.
This thread on Reddit had people claiming that the government took their memes and jokes about hostels for cows a bit too seriously.
