Ever since Netflix announced that a new original series with the stellar cast of Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Saif Ali Khan and Radhika Apte was in the making, users have been waiting with bated breath.
Based on Vikram Chandra’s hit 2006 novel by the same name, ‘Sacred Games’ is now a new Netflix original that revolves around the story of Mumbai cop Sartaj Singh and crime ‘God’ Ganesh Gaitonde.
Netflix released the trailer of the much anticipated series earlier today.
The teaser is just about a minute long and has just two dialogues, but it still manages to encapsulate the thrill and excitement of the story.
Following the release, Twitter of course was palpably thrilled.
The series would be a Netflix debut for the entire lead cast. With a story so gripping and actors with such refined skills, this series should definitely make it to your bucket watch list.
All episodes of ‘Sacred Games’ will be available on Netflix on 6 July, so you don’t have to worry about the build-up and suspense.
