“As women we feel vindicated by MJ Akbar’s resignation. I look forward to the day when I will also get justice in court (sic),” Priya Ramani wrote on Twitter after MJ Akbar resigned from his post of Minister of State External Affairs.

Akbar’s resignation came after multiple women journalists came out in support of their colleague Priya Ramani, who has accused the Union minister of sexual harassment.
