This time, on social media: Kylie Jenner faces backlash for piercing Stormi’s ears!

Recently, Kylie Jenner was mum-shamed by Twitter users for piercing her five-month-old daughter’s ears! But hey, hasn’t it been a long-standing tradition, back here, to pierce the child’s ears at a very young age?

(P.S: Acupressure Therapy claims that the earlier a child’s ear is pierced, the better.)

When the 20-year-old beauty mogul took to Snapchat to share a cute video of herself playing with her baby girl, hawk-eyed fans were quick to notice that the 5-month-old’s ears were already pierced.

While some gave Kylie flak for piercing Stormi’s ears, others jumped to her defence.

Kylie Jenner is not the first celebrity to face heat for piercing her little one’s ears. Her half-sister Khloe Kardashian was also criticised for the same.

On the flipside, Chrissy Teigen has spoken out and said that her daughter Luna will have the final say on whether/when she gets her ears pierced.

Clearly, this is one parenting debate that will continue to rage on.
