Giving credit where it is due. An Army officer’s stay at the Taj Palace hotel, Delhi tells us how good morals still exist in the world.

An Army officer was visiting Delhi and was staying at the Taj Palace Hotel. It was a regular stay till the hotel help realised that the guest that he was helping was an Army officer. He took a selfie with him.

Later, more staff members came along and took selfies with the officer. Overwhelmed, he gave little goodies to his intrigued fans.

The hotel staff took additional care of him for the remainder of his stay. While checking out, the hotel didn’t let him pay the bill. The charges were waived.

The officer was so touched by the gesture that he went back and wrote an email to the Taj group of hotels, thanking them for their hospitality. To his surprise, the director replied saying that it was their pleasure to serve an Army officer.
