Donald Trump is no stranger to making outlandish statements about his failed attempts at political debates and questions.
After Monday night’s first presidential debate against Hillary Clinton, he first self-proclaimed himself the winner of the debate and then went on to say that his performance was affected because of a faulty mic he had been given.
Trevor Noah, the host of The Daily Show was quick to call out Trump for his unsurprisingly blame-shifting to a piece of faulty equipment. He said that Trump blaming his mic is like a child blaming a video-game controller not working as the reason for losing to a friend.
This is what he told Fox and Friends, also claiming that he doesn’t buy into conspiracy theories but felt that his microphone was much lower than Hillary’s and made noises.
Noah also brought up how it’s ironic that Trump is saying he isn’t a conspiracy theorist when he was the one to spearhead the birther conspiracy and also said that global warming was a Chinese ploy to weaken US manufacturing.
