Have you ever shared a (alcoholic) drink with your father? If you are a man, then the answer is more likely to be in the affirmative. But there are many fathers, or for that matter, parents out there, who do not distinguish between their sons and daughters.

A Daughter’s Day video by The Viral Food Company aims to shatter gender stereotypes by getting fathers to candidly talk about their daughters, and even make cocktails for them!

What’s more, a single mother is present among the fathers, who says with a laugh, that she doubles up as both “the bad cop and the good cop,” and is pretty much a one (woman) show.

When TVFC asked the fathers and the single mother to whip up cocktails for their daughters, they all readily agreed.

The daughters’ reaction to this heartwarming gesture by their parents is equally priceless! Social initiatives like this are important in a world where gender disparity is still stark and there’s a desperate need to break stereotypes.
