Diljit Dosanjh, the famous punjabi singer must have a huge smile on his face every time he comes across this amazing rendition of his famous song, Patiala Peg.

Dosanjh will star in Phantom production’s upcoming film, Udta Punjab, alongside Shahid, Kareena and Alia Bhatt.

In the wake of growing instances of racial intolerance across the country, this cover by African exchange students from Jalandhar’s CT Group of Institutions has now gone viral for all the right reasons.

Daniel Ngoma, Steven Mukalula, Temwa Nyasulu, George Matuchi and Lottie Mukuka who have a hard time with Punjabi, have gone ahead, and in a move that brings down cultural barriers, and binds Punjab and these African exchange students together for a lifetime, sing in accented Punjabi, Diljit’s Song.

To top it off, these students also take the opportunity to show off their slick bhangra moves. Can’t say we didn’t like ‘em.
