Unpaid interns, the folks who never really got to speak up very much at work, have become the topic of a lot of conversation. Is it fair to have unpaid interns? Is it fair to not pay the interns when they work so hard? Or is it fair that only a lucky few with well connected parents get the work experience and a better career opportunity?
