Chhichhore, starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor, is the latest release at your nearest theatre this weekend.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Chhichhore is the story of Ani (Sushant Rajput) and his gang comprising of Sexa (Varun Sharma), Navin Polishetty (Acid), Mummy (Tushar Pandey), Derek (Tahir Bhasin), Bevda (Saharsh Kumar Shukla) and Maya (Shraddha Kapoor).

The premise is set in the late-90s era when sipping Gold Spot cold drink and Reynolds 045 pen was in trend. No, I am not gonna give any spoilers here.

Honestly, the story line is an inspired mix of 3 idiots, Jo Jeeta Wahi Sikander and Student of the Year.

Performances from all the actors are pretty impressive in their younger avatars but as they slip into the roles of their middle-aged selves they’re, well....boring.

The movie does manage to make you laugh at several points especially during the first hour when characters are being introduced. The dialogues are so aptly written that it will bring back memories from your college days (in case you are not still in college).

The movie is 2 hours 26 minutes long but not at all boring. Yes, you heard me right. Despite the age old formulas being used in the making of this college life based film, the movie manages to tickle your funny bone.

So in a nut shell you can definitely watch this film incase you have nothing better to do with your friends this weekend. And for rest watch our 100% honest review.
