What better way to celebrate Madras Day than to have a simple traditional south Indian meal on a banana leaf?

On Chennai’s 377th founding day, the US Consulate General of Chennai shared this cute video of an American family visiting the Kasivinayaga Mess in Chepauk, Chennai for a full vegetarian meal. And yes, they ate it like it should be - on banana leaves with their hands. Watch and enjoy.
