'AP Dhillon: First of a Kind' Preview: A Glimpse Into the Singer's Journey

'AP Dhillon: First of a Kind' will globally premiere on Prime Video on 18 August.

Prime Video released the much-awaited preview of its upcoming docuseries AP Dhillon: First of a Kind on 8 August. Directed by Jay Ahmed, the four-part-series takes us through Indo-Canadian singer AP Dhillon's journey from an ordinary boy from Punjab to a global music sensation.

The preview gives us a glimpse into the life of Amritpal Dhillon, alias AP Dhillon or AP, one of the most successful artists of our generation with six international No 1 hits and more than a billion streams worldwide.

Talking about the series, Dhillon shared in a press statement, "When I began my journey from Gurdaspur to Canada, I never thought that one day I would be telling my story in such a manner. I am truly humbled and thrilled to have received so much love and recognition for the kind of music we are creating. My dream has always been to create music that would live on for generations and inspire people. This is the first time I am opening up and sharing my thoughts for the world to see.

This 4-part docuseries is a special ode to my fans, who have given me so much love. AP Dhillon: First of a Kind is produced by PASSION Pictures in association with Wild Sheep Content and Run-Up Records.

The docuseries will globally premiere on Prime Video on 18 August.
