After the success of Bharat, Salman Khan is gearing up for Dabangg 3. Recently, his co-star from Dabangg, Dadhi Pandey spoke about how the actor had covered all his medical expenses after he suffered a heart attack.

According to a report, the actor had suffered a cardiac arrest two months ago. He said that he was admitted to a hospital after the incident, but was later shifted to another hospital’s intensive care unit (ICU) due to some reason. All the expenses at the second hospital were borne by Salman.

"He is a very kind-hearted person. Jitna bhi kahu unke liye utna kam hai (I can’t thank him enough). He is a great man,” the publication quotes Dadhi as saying. The actor is still recovering and is yet to meet Salman Khan again.

Dabangg 3 has been shooting for a few weeks now. Salman and others have been sharing behind the scenes photos for the fans, but it seems like we won’t be seeing anymore for a while. Salman has reportedly banned all mobile phones from the sets of his upcoming film Dabangg 3 to avoid anything from the plot or the looks of the characters to leak. The main reason for the ban is reportedly Saiee Manjrekar, Mahesh Manjrekar’s daughter who is set to make her acting debut with the sequel.

Saiee is playing Chulbul’s love interest from his college days and the makers are taking every precaution to keep her look in Dabangg 3 a secret
