Trailer For Thrilling Sequel 'Kantara: Chapter 1' Released

Kantara: Chapter 1 trailer releases nation-wide on October 2 in multiple languages.

The highly anticipated trailer for Kantara: Chapter 1 was released on September 22.

Written and directed by Rishabh Shetty, the pan-Indian sequel to the 2022 release Kantara is set to hit theatres in Kannada, Hindi, Telegu, Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali and English.

The sequel, which serves as a prequel to the Kantara storyline explores the folklore and culture of the Kadamba Dynasty in pre-colonial Karnataka. The film also follows the origin story of Kantara protagonist Kaadubettu Shiva, played by Rishabh Shetty.

Produced by Hombale Films, the cast of the folklore thriller also includes Rukmini Vasanth, Jayaram, Gulshan Devaiah and more.

Kantara: Chapter 1 releases in theatres across India on October 2.
