In Chhattisgarh, the surveys indicate a toss-up between the ruling BJP and Opposition Congress. According to Times Now-CNX and India TV's exit poll, the incumbent BJP is set to win. Republic-CVoter and India Today-Axis My India predict a big win for Congress, while News Nation says it's too close to call.

  • The results of Chhattisgarh elections will be declared on 11 December
  • The polling in the second phase was for 72 seats spread across 19 districts
  • The polling in the first phase on 12 November was for 18 seats in the Naxal-affected areas

According to Today's Chanakya exit-polls survey, the seat share in Chhattisgarh will be as follows:

  • Congress: 42-58
  • BJP: 28-44
  • Others: 1-7

NewsX-Neta Survey Predicts BJP Lead

According to NewsX Neta exit-polls survey, the ruling BJP will be the largest party in a hung Chhattisgarh Assembly. According to the survey, the seat share is as follows:

  • BJP: 43
  • Congress: 40
  • Others: 7

India Today-Axis My India Predicts Massive Victory for Congress

According to the India Today-Axis My India survey, the seat share in Chhattisgarh will be as follows:

  • Congress: 55-65
  • BJP: 21-31
  • Others: 4-8

According to the India TV survey, the seat share in Chhattisgarh will be as follows:

News Nation Exit Poll Predicts Close Fight in Chhattisgarh

According to the News Nation survey, the seat share in Chhattisgarh will be as follows:

  • BJP: 38-42
  • Congress: 40-44
  • BSP+: 4-8
  • Others: 0-4

Republic TV Surveys Split Between Cong and BJP

The two exit poll surveys by Republic project a contrasting scenario in Chhattisgarh.

According to the CVoter Survey, Congress will overthrow the incumbent BJP, whereas the the Jan Ki Baat survey predicts a win for the ruling BJP.

According to the Times Now-CNX survey, the seat share in Chhattisgarh will be as follows:

  • BJP: 46

Here's What You Need to Know About Chhattisgarh Assembly Polls

The total voter turnout for 1.85 crore electors stood at 76.35%. The first phase of polling on 12 November for the 18 seats in the Naxal-affected area saw voter turnout of 76.39%. Polling for the remaining seats concluded 20 November, with 76.34 percent voter turnout recorded.
