The first three days of the odd-even run went well. The traffic was less and few cars were found flouting the formula. As the weekend came to an end, it was speculated that more people would flout the rule.

The Quint went around Delhi to check out how traffic moved at various places, at different hours. We found traffic to be thinly distributed, with even numbered cars dominating the road. There were a few odd number cars, and according to reports, about 600 vehicles were fined for flouting the scheme.
