We were all sad when cricketer Virat Kohli broke up with his girlfriend actor Anushka Sharma. Their split came to us as a surprise because Kohli was pretty expressive of his love towards Anushka (remember the flying kisses when he hit a boundary?)
However, what is more surprising is that the two might be on a comeback track. After Virat went all bulldozer-type with his bat against Pakistan in the recent tournament, congratulations started pouring in for him…but naturally. But that one congratulatory phone call that stood out among all was from Anushka Sharma.
Reportedly, the actress called up Virat post the match to applaud his performance, as per an article in IndiaTimes. So is this hinting a patch-up? The reason why the two broke up was because Virat wanted to marry Anushka while the actor gave priority to her career. If a phone call can mend things, we would not be less than being ecstatic, what say people?
