Jawaharlal Nehru University Students’ Union President Kanhaiya Kumar addressed a congregation of students at the JNU campus. He was granted interim bail for 6 months on Wednesday, 2 March.

He was arrested on 12 February and was sent to judicial custody till 2 March. In his speech, he attacked the Modi-government. He ended his 50-minute long speech with the “Azaadi” slogan.
