Bomb Alert at Pathankot Railway Station Turns Out to be Hoax

Bomb squad searches the station, concludes the unidentified bag does not contain any dangerous material.

A bomb alert was issued at the Pathankot railway station after an unidentified bag was found. Bomb squad reached the spot and the police thoroughly conducted a search. But it was soon concluded that the bag did not contain any dangerous material.

The area has been on high alert ever since the attack on the Pathankot Air Base.
