While the rumour mills were cheering for Deepika Padukone opposite Salman Khan in Kabir Khan’s upcoming film Tubelight, we hear that the role has been given to a Chinese actress, who will be debuting opposite Salman in the flick.
Bollywood Life reported that Deepika has already signed her dates to Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next ‘Padmavati.’
According to their report, this new mystery actress will be joining the crew of the film in Ladakh to start shooting.
Salman will reportedly wrap up his shoot for the Big Boss 10 promo on Saturday, before leaving for Ladakh.
And if this is not news enough, Salman is apparently playing the part of a ‘special’ person – someone who is slow to pick up on social cues – as referred to in the title of the film, which is set against the backdrop of the Indo-Chinese War.
