The trailer of TE3N, Ribhu Dasgupta’s latest suspense thriller will have you sitting at the edge of your seat. Amitabh Bachchan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Vidya Balan play the lead roles in this exciting new film, that is set in Kolkata.
Big B plays John Biswas, who hasn’t given up his relentless search for his granddaughter Angela, who was kidnapped eight years ago. While the world has moved on, John and his wife Nancy are still fighting for justice.
But when the same crime is repeated with another kidnapping, the story picks up. Nawazuddin Siddiqui plays a priest while Vidya Balan takes on the role of a cop. Bachchan’s long search led him nowhere, but now he turns to Martin Das played by Nawaz, an ex-cop in search of redemption. Interestingly, the kidnapping and death of Angela had a life altering impact on both men.
Sarita Sarkar (Vidya Balan) joins the search as a driven, honest cop. She helps John piece together the identity of the man who took everything he had.
This film’s sneak peek is charged and intriguing and builds up to an emotionally charged climax. TE3N is set to release on June 10th, 2016.
