Video: Yet Again, ISIS Flag Spotted in Jammu and Kashmir

A black flag representing the Islamic State of Iraq was once again waved in Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Friday.

There have been more than a dozen incidents of ISIS flag raising in Kashmir Valley in recent months.
