Over 30 people have been killed and dozens more injured in India in the powerful earthquake that struck Nepal on Saturday morning.
A government official in the eastern state of Bihar says at least 14 deaths were reported in seven districts that share a border with Nepal. Deaths were recorded in Bengal and UP too in the magnitude-7.9 quake.
The tremors were felt in Punjab, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Rajasthan, and Haryana lasted for about a minute, triggering panic.
