US President Donald Trump, when not pushing for the US-Mexico border wall, ends up making a few controversial- and often incorrect- statements.

The US President, in a White House meeting with intelligence officials, called Nepal ‘Nipple’ and Bhutan- ‘Button’- while at the same time noting that both are a part of India, Time Magazine’s national security correspondent John Walcott told CNN.

Huffington Post reported that Walcott, in an article in Time, said that sources in the intelligence community are concerned that the US president presents a national security risk due to his ‘willful ignorance.’

Walcott, in his article said that officials are disturbed by Trump’s inability to concentrate on information. He also cited sources as saying that the US president erupts in anger and goes his own way, when presented with facts that he doesn’t believe in.

Trumps inability to focus, and his anger over things he disagrees, with is a known fact among White House sources, according to Huffington Post.

A book by a former White House communications staffer, narrated the incident when former GOP House Speaker Paul Ryan attempted to explain heath care to Trump, who then wandered away and turned on a TV in the next room.

Politico reported Trump’s ‘Nipple’ and ‘Button’ first. Sources also suggested that the President pointed to India on the map and said where both the countries fall.

He had earlier referred to Namibia as “Nambia” in a 2017 speech to African leaders.
