It seems like the biopic wave is strong in 2019 as well. After Anupam Kher who has stepped into the shoes of the former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for The Accidental Prime Minister, Vivek Oberoi is set to essay the role of the incumbent PM of India in the Narendra Modi biopic.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to social media to announce the same.
‘IT’S OFFICIAL... Vivekanand Oberoi [Vivek Oberoi] to star in Narendra Modi biopic, titled #PMNarendraModi... Directed by Omung Kumar... Produced by Sandip Ssingh... First look poster will be launched on 7 Jan 2019... Filming starts mid-Jan 2019,’ he wrote.
Vivek Oberoi is also a part of an upcoming web series, Cartel which features the likes of Kubra Sait, Samir Soni, Sheeba Chaddha and Ravi Kishan. He recently completed the filming of the second season of the cricket-themed Amazon series Inside Edge.
