Did Chinese Troops Intrude Into Indian Territory at Chamoli?

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat has confirmed Chinese incursion in the state’s Chamoli district.

He assured that they have not yet touched an important canal in that area. He also said that he expects the central government to take cognisance of the matter.

“Dekhna padega kya hai,intrusion hai ya nahi. Report mangwa ke dekhenge (We have to see if it an intrusion or not. We have asked for a report)” said Kiren Rijuju, Minister of State for Home. Read the full story here.
