Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi addresses a crowd in Bharuch, Gujarat ahead of the assembly polls due in December.

He is on a three-day visit to South Gujarat, to kick start the third phase of his campaign in the poll-bound state of Gujarat.

Gujarat will go to polls in two phases, on 9 and 14 December.

The Congress VP also took a dig at the Centre, after Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said that India’s jump in the World Bank Ease of Doing Business index is an indication of the positive effect of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s economic reforms.

He also said that there is an undercurrent of dissatisfaction and unhappiness over the BJP’s policies of GST and demonetisation

And now they want to celebrate on 8 November. The country is weeping over PM Modi’s mistakes but the government is not ready to accept this. Where is the black money he promised? They have been power for the last three years. How many Swiss account holders are in jail? Tell me.
