Intermittent firing continued for the second day between security personnel and terrorists at CRPF camp in Srinagar's Karan Nagar on 13 February.

Addressing a press conference, Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Monday said that the Sunjwan and Karan Nagar attacks had been sponsored by the Jaish-e-Mohammed. She added that Pakistan was responsible for providing the terror outfit with support, and that evidence to prove this was being gathered.
