A video of a GRP policeman brutally thrashing an old rickshaw-puller outside the Charbagh station in Lucknow, has gone viral on social media. The old man can be seen being dragged by his collar in the footage.
According to the reports, the scuffle took place after the cop and the alleged victim clashed over the rickshaw- puller ferrying passengers from outside the station.
The accused GRP policeman has been suspended by the authorities.
