In Haryana’s Yamunanagar, a parent was horrified to find his child chained up, as punishment for not finishing his homework, at the Nusrat Ali Islamic Madarsa.
Ayyub Khan saw how his son, a fourth-grade student had been punished and stealthily took a video on his phone, before giving it to the police. A case has been registered against the school teachers and investigation is underway.
