England’s manager Roy Hodgson resigned after his team crashed out of Euro 2016 on Monday. The Three Lions lost to Iceland 2-1 in the round of 16 match on Monday.

Hodgson said he is proud of what he and his coaching staff has achieved during his tenure.

The former manager added, he would have loved to continue as England’s manager for two more years but however he is pragmatic and knows that he is in the results business.
