Designers Falguni and Shane Peacock launched their flagship store in Mumbai recently and Bollywood was present in its stylish best. Gauri Khan, who has designed the store looked stunning in a shimmery black dress, while Jacqueline donned a light pink saree with ruffles.
Talking about designing the store and her experience, Gauri said that she felt it was a great opportunity for her and that it was a creative experience.
“I believe that there’s a very strong connect between interior design and fashion. While we were designing, it was such a creative experience and very artistic. I think today when I walked into the store, the overall impact of the store was just perfect.”Gauri Khan
She added, ““I think working with them and their design sensibilities, all tied up beautifully in all the design elements and I think I’m quite content with the way the store has shaped up.”
