The second phase of the Delhi government’s ambitious car-rationing plan to control air pollution comes into effect on Friday.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday said odd-even scheme will be a regular feature if the second round turns out to be successful.

In the second round, cars with children in school uniform are exempt from the odd-even scheme. Women driving alone or with young children, several categories of VIPs, and two-wheelers are also exempt from the restrictions.

Offenders may have to shell out more than the Rs 2,000 fine which was imposed during the trial run. The Quint spoke to a few Delhites to know what they are thinking about ‘Odd-Even Dobara’.
