A FIR was lodged against Md Akhlaq and his family for cow slaughter on the District court’s order, Almost 10 months after the 52-year-old succumbed to a mob lynching in Bisada Village, Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. Akhlaq and his family were suspected of storing beef at their home.
