With a memorable four-wicket haul in his debut, chinaman bowler Kuldeep Yadav made all the difference in the fourth and final Test against Australia, said Virat Kohli on Tuesday.

The 22-year-old replaced the injured skipper in the Test team, while Ajinkya Rahane captained India in the crucial series decider which the hosts ended up winning. “Rahane told me he was more comfortable with five bowlers”, said Kohli.

Yadav returned figures of four for 68 in 23 overs in Australia’s first innings during the Dharamsala Test.
