A case of molestation and eve-teasing was registered in Delhi against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) legislator Prakash Jarwal, Rajeev Ranjan, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Delhi Police revealed on Friday.
Jarwal and his supporters allegedly molested the victim on 2 July, when the victim, a resident of Sangam Vihar, had gone to the Delhi Jal Board office in Greater Kailash area to make a complaint.
Jarwal, who represents Deoli constituency in the Delhi Assembly, has denied the charge. Jarwal had been arrested in May 2014 for assaulting a junior engineer of the Delhi Jal Board at Sangam Vihar. Read full story here.
