1/2 kilograms Mutton Chops
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon ginger paste
2 teaspoons red chilli powder
1 teaspoon dhania powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
3-4 Green chillies (halved)
Wash and clean the mutton chops
Put clean mutton chops in a bowl; add ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, dhania powder and sat to taste. Mix well.
Add 2-3 glasses of water and pressure cook the mutton chops till tender.
Remove the lid and cook till the water dries off. Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool.
Whip 2 eggs, add salt and red chilli powder. Keep aside.
Coat the mutton chops with breadcrumbs and dip them in the egg mixture.
Deep fry in hot oil.
Garnish with coriander leaves, lime and green chillies.
