The Dadasaheb Phalke Award goes to the late Vinod Khanna.

Shekhar Kapur also recommended more women in the jury from next time along with more time for the jury to watch the films. When quizzed about the current ban culture, the acclaimed filmmaker said that there’s no other option than for makers to fight for their films.

You have to fight for your films. If your film is being banned, you have to fight.
