OnePlus Q1 TV vs Mi TV 4X: Which Smart TV Offers Better Value?

OnePlus launched its premium range of Android TVs in India last week, and the company managed to surprise everyone with its high-end pricing strategy. The OnePlus Q1 series is available in two versions, priced up to Rs 99,900 and is available online as well as offline.

However, these prices have given us a strong reason to decipher the value-for-money factor of these TVs, especially when compared with the Xiaomi Mi TV range that costs Rs 55,000 for a 65-inch 4K model. Also, compared to smartphones, people are not expected to upgrade TVs before 7 to 8 years at least.

Samsung Ends Mobile Production in China; Might Pick India, Vietnam

Korean tech giant Samsung, on Wednesday, 2 October, confirmed that it has ended mobile production in China, citing challenges faced by domestic rivals in the world's biggest market, a Reuters report said.

The shutdown of the company's last factory comes after it cut the production at the plant in the city of Huizhou in June and suspended another factory last year, giving the same reason, the report said.

Apart from Samsung, Sony also announced a complete shutdown of manufacturing smartphones in China, saying it will make phones in Thailand instead.

Call of Duty: Mobile has been officially launched in India as of 1 October 2019 and the full version of the game is available for download from the Google Play Store. The game is 1.1 GB in size and comes with all the game modes and additions that weren’t available in the beta version which was available a few months back.

Though COD (Call of Duty) fans are going gaga over the game, there are a few PUBG fans who think it doesn’t have enough to dethrone PUBG as the best multiplayer game currently.

Facebook’s Instagram Launches ‘Threads’ App to Rival Snapchat

In cas, you were wondering if Facebook was working on any more apps that could rival (more like copy) Snapchat, this week you’ve got 'Threads', which works through Instagram.

Facebook, through this post, says Threads is a new camera-first messaging app from Instagram for keeping up with your close friends in a dedicated space.

This means, through Threads, users can upload status, share location and battery status with their close friends on Instagram, the social media company mentioned in its blog post on Thursday.
