Back in September 2018, the launch of the Apple Watch Series 4 gave a glimpse into the various industries like health, that the company is willing to tap into.

For the first time, Apple incorporated ECG (electrocardiography) monitoring tool into its Series 4 Watch – a feature which helps in detecting the heart rate.

The new features were added to help detecting ‘low heart rate notifications’ and ‘faster heart rate reading’. The new Watch also helped in detecting falls and also allowed the users to make emergency calls during an accident.
