With September approaching, most people are anxiously waiting for the launch of the new iPhone series from Apple. But looks like we’ve got another brand hoping to make a big announcement next month, and we’re talking about OnePlus, which is again reportedly going to bring another ‘T’ variant this year.

And as per latest reports via this tipster, the company could announce the product in India sometime late next month. The company is also expected to introduce its first ever smart TV in September. So could it have two big launches up its sleeve for next month?

In terms of the OnePlus 7T, tipster Ishan Agarwal says that the company is now ready to pack both the phones with 2K resolution (1,440 pixels) display with 90Hz refresh rate.

We first came across the technology with the OnePlus 7 Pro not that long ago.

Other expected features of the OnePlus 7T are an octa-core Snapdragon 855 Plus processor, with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. As you can see from the lead image above, the OnePlus 7T is going to sport a smaller notch, which means you’ll probably have to wait for the 7T Pro to get the pop up camera yet again.

The other notable change on the 7T will be the triple rear camera setup. The leaks suggest OnePlus is going with a circle-shaped formation of the snappers, pegged to be 48, 16 and 12 megapixel.

The battery capacity has also marginally increased from the 3700mAh unit on the OnePlus 7 to 3800mAh on the 7T variant. Surprisingly, we’re yet to come across details of the 7T Pro, which should be available in the coming days.

The tipster has a credible record of talking about upcoming products, which gives us the confidence that OnePlus could indeed launch the 7T series next month in India. We’ll be keeping a close eye for media invites from the brand and share more updates.
