SUVs are the flavour of the season. One of the most-awaited SUVs, the Kia Seltos, was unveiled at a "global premiere" in Gurugram today. This five-seater luxury compact SUV will compete with the Tata Harrier, Jeep Compass and its cousin the Hyundai Creta as well in the Rs 12 lakh to Rs 17 lakh price segment.

Revolt RV400 Electric Bike Officially Unveiled: Worth the Hype?

Revolt Intellicorp, a company founded by former Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma, has unveiled its first electric motorcycle for India, the Revolt RV400. However, we don't know what it will be priced at yet, but bookings will begin online on 25 June for a token amount of Rs 1,000.

It can be booked on Amazon or on the company's website.

KTM Launches All-New RC 125 With ABS, Priced at Rs 1.47 Lakh

Here’s a look at the top car and bike news of the week.

Austrian motorcycle manufacturer KTM launched its all-new RC 125 fully-faired sports bike in India at a starting price of Rs 1.47 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Deliveries will start at the end of June.

KTM bikes are popular with riders who want sporty performance from their machines. While KTM’s entry-level naked bike, the 125 Duke, is priced at Rs 1.18 lakh, the RC series is the fully-faired version of the same, with an even more aggressive riding stance.

No Minimum Qualification Needed for Driving Licence in India

Here’s a look at the top car and bike news of the week. 
Govt to remove minimum educational qualification requirement for driving licence.

The government has decided to do away with the requirement of minimum educational qualification for obtaining driving licence to boost employment opportunities, the road transport ministry said Tuesday.

At present, under Rule 8 of the Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989, a transport vehicle driver needs to have passed class 8.

Renault Unveils Triber 7-Seater MPV, Launch in July 2019

The Renault Triber is 3,990 mm in length, but comes with three-row seating.

How many people can you stuff into a small car under 4-metres in length? Well, Renault says you can fit seven in the Triber – an MPV based on the Renault Kwid’s platform.

The Triber is based on the CMF-A platform (common modular family platform), on which even the Renault Kwid and Datsun Redigo are built. What Renault is offering with the Triber is flexible seating for five to seven people, with a removable last row.
