Indian boxing sensation Vijender Singh registered his sixth win in a row in the professional arena after beating Andrzej Soldra of Poland in three brutal rounds at the Macron Stadium in Bolton on Friday.

Facing the first eight-round fight of his professional career, Vijender hammered his opponent right from the start, forcing the referee to stop the contest around two minutes into the third round. Soldra is the most experienced opponent Vijender has faced so far.

Vijender has won all his bouts via Technical Knockouts. His previous fight, against Frenchman Matiouze Royer, was the longest of his pro career, lasting five rounds.

He will be fighting it out for the WBO Asia belt against a yet-to-be-named opponent in New Delhi on June 11.
